ALL employers with 5 or more staff members must have 1 hour of training for ALL staff and a second hour of training for ALL leads, supervisors, managers, associate veterinarians, practice owners, executives, etc. All harassment training prior to Jan. 1, 2019 is invalid and must be replaced by new SB13
